Oxygen Lifestyle and Fitness Management offer a wide variety of health and fitness based services, including:

Please note that all personal training is by appointment only with one of our fully qualified and highly motivated staff members. Each session lasts for 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs, wants or goals.

Personal training is fast becoming the best way to achieve results for clients of all ages. Gymnasiums can be overly crowded and intimidating and are generally not focused on personal results. Here at Oxygen we are!

Our business relies on it.

Your initial session at Oxygen will consist of:

  • Medical screening
  • Goal setting
  • Girth measurements
  • Skin fold measurements (optional)
  • A comprehensive and individual training plan (including external training requirements)
  • nutritional education, analysis and prescription
  • an introduction to training the ‘ Oxygen way’ (time allowing)

Once your initial session is completed you will enter into the first of your eight week cycles. Throughout these cycles you will have your weight training and/or cardiovascular program/s monitored and adjusted to your needs. At the completion of the eight week cycle we will re-test – to ensure that we obtain results - and re-assess your external training and nutritional requirements. We then simply repeat the process.
